Meet Colleen

Colleen Sterling, Founder of GLM™ (Great Leaders Matter™) Executive Coaching Services, is passionate about you finding the right executive support. Colleen is a certified executive coach, advisor, workshop designer/facilitator, mentor, author and project leader focusing on innovation, strategy and resilience. She has over 35 years of teaching, leadership, regulation and executive management experience in richly diverse communities across the UK and globally.

She is an accomplished champion of universal and targeted support systems. Over the past 3 decades she has designed and delivered business and operational support, workshops on regulation and development programmes in London, Germany and South Korea.

In the process – and independently she has mentored numerous aspiring leaders and provided executive coaching services to experienced leaders in the private, voluntary and public sectors.

She works extensively with individuals, corporates and public bodies, Her work is now evolving to include coaching collaboration with psychology services with  a step-up or step-down model.

Our sessions are tailor-structured to enable you to choose the frequency of  contact that works for you. We can work together through a series of structured conversations that is bespoke to the work you do, the stage you are at, the challenges you face and the direction in which you are heading.

We facilitate a confidential space for leaders to discuss leadership and other challenges with an executive coach who is both unconnected to your organisation and not responsible for managing your performance. This is a 6 month Commitment  - with flexible and unlimited access to me or your dedicated executive coach via video and audio conferencing, telephone or in person.

You can also access our live online workshops made up of small leadership groups. This private community is a confidential environment for leaders to develop the most effective leadership behaviours and learn from each other, using action-learning and problem-solving techniques.
